Dream Medical are currently assisting a GP surgery in recruiting a Permanent Practice Nurse for their surgery in Nottingham.
The position is permanent, Part time hours and duties are as follows:
The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows.
Asthma
Diabetic review
Hypertension Clinic
IHD Clinic
COPD Clinic
Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
Holiday Vaccination Clinic
Flu Vaccination Clinic
Cervical Smears
Family Planning
routine treatment in general clinics, including:
Wound management
