GP Clinical Lead | £106,250 per annum Plus Benefits| Croydon

Dream Medical are working side by side with a surgery in Croydon looking for a Clinical Lead GP with substance abuse and mental health exprience to undertake a permanent role for up to 10 sessions a week.

The GP Lead role includes:

• Responsibility for overall clinical performance. Line management of all clinicians within the practice. Working in partnership with the practice manager. Having an active role in local commissioning consortia and the new NHS. Involvement with recruiting additional team members

To succeed in this role you will need:

• To show initiative and develop new ideas with drive and enthusiasm . Demonstrable experience of clinical governance and a commitment to quality. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Budget management skills . Previously delivered against targets. Be capable of rising to the challenge of working in new ways and willing to practice autonomously.
