Practice Nurse Cardiff ASAP start
Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice Cardiff who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to join their team.
The Practice are based on the outskirts of Cardiff and are looking for a Practice Nurse to work 3 days/ w for an ongoing period to start ASAP. They are flexible on the days and hours worked.
You will be required to work across 2 sites however both are relatively close.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements:
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
