**Urgent Locum Phlebotomist required in Nottingham**
Dream Medical are working with a large GP surgery in Nottingham who require a Phlebotomist with immediate effect for the coming months
The role offers part time hours (Mornings) Monday to Friday
Suitable candidates will need to have a certificate of competency in Phlebotomy and have current experience working in a GP surgery or Primary care setting
In order to complete your registration we will require the following documents:
DBS dated within 2 years
Occupational health record
Mandatory training record
X2 referees
Copy of passport
