Permanent Practice Nurse Witton, Birmingham
Up to £35,000 p/a
Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Witton who are currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.
The position is permanent full time and duties are as followed:
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements:
Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
Child and adult immunisations
Cervical Cytology
Diabetes Asthma and COPD monitoring
Family planning
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
