**Full time Ward Manager urgently required for Private Hospital in Guildford area, ASAP**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager to lead the inpatient and day surgery teams in this respected Private Hospital. You would work collaboratively to provide exceptional care to patients, from support staff to consultants who are experts in this field.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced registered nurse with the ability to understand financial targets and manage resources, you would be enthusiastic about increasing the performance of the business and would understand how to nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to dramatically improve the lives of your patients and further your career, the role combines nursing with good business and leadership capabilities.
The role is full time, 37.5 hrs, permanent, with a salary of £45-48k dependent on experience plus fantastic benefits.
